Das DiplomandInnenkonversatorium, in welchem die Masterarbeiten zu präsentieren sind, wird ab dem Wintersemester 2012/13 ausschließlich geblockt angeboten. Bisher wurde der Kurs wöchtentlich gehalten, ab nächstem Semester wird es jedoch nur einen geblockten Termin zu Beginn des Semesters und zwei geblockte Termine zum Ende des Semesters hin geben. Da Anwesenheitspflicht besteht, und ohne Absolvieren des Dipl-Ko das Studium nicht abgeschlossen werden kann, sollte die Termine eingeplant werden. Die genauen Termine werden von Seiten des Instituts rechtzeitig im Vorlesungsverzeichnis, sowie in einem mail an alle Masterstudenten angekündigt werden.
Next semester there will be a non-trivial change of rules in the DiplomandInnenkonversatorium, the obligatory course where master students have to present their theses. Up to no the course was held on a weekly basis. Starting with the winter term 2012/2013 the Dipl-Ko will only be offered on a few blocked dates. There will be one block at the beginning of the term and two blocks at the end. As attendance is obligatory to pass the course, you should plan for those few dates if you’re about to finish your master’s. The exact dates will be announced by the department in the course’s syllabus in the Vorlesungsverzeichnis and via an email to all master students.
