Wir stellen kurz Bücher vor, die uns besonders gut gefallen haben, oder uns inspirieren. Das können Biografien, Romane oder Fachbücher sein.
Du musst selbst kein Buch vorstellen, und kannst gern vorbeikommen, um dich auszutauschen, wir freuen uns über jede, die vorbei kommt!
Die Veranstaltung findet im Rahmen der VrauWL statt und richtet sich ausschließlich an Frauen*.

Teilt uns dort mit, was ihr euch von uns erwartet und wo an diesem Institut/Studium der Schuh drückt. Die im kommenden Semester stattfindende Evaluation der Fakultät bietet zudem eine gute Gelegenheit, Letzteres auch dem Rektorat mitzuteilen – nähere Infos zu den Möglichkeiten für Studierende im Evaluationsprozess gibt’s in der Vollversammlung. Was steht in unseren Lehrbüchern und was nicht? Wie wirkt sich das auf die Weltsicht angehender Ökonom_innen aus? Darüber diskutieren im Festsaal 1 der WU unter anderem Alfred Stiassny und Janina Urban, Mitherausgeberin des gleichnamigen Buches. Wir veranstalten wieder einen Stammtisch – diesmal im Freien! Bevor die Prüfungsphase beginnt, wollen wir noch einmal einen netten gemeinsamen Abend mit euch verbringen. Are you always looking for good recommendations for your next book? Is there a book that has inspired you personally? If so, come to the VrauWL Büchertreff! We will briefly present books that we particularly liked and found inspiring respectively. These can be biographies, novels or specialist books. You do not have to introduce a book yourself; you are welcome to “just” come by. We are looking forward to seeing you all!

Let us know what you are expecting from us and where the shoe pinches. The evaluation of the faculty, which will take place in the coming semester, also offers a good opportunity to communicate the latter to the Rectorate – more information about the possibilities for students in the evaluation process will be passed on at the General Assembly.
